Position Summary:
The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing company policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and maintaining a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
Policy Development and Implementation:
- Design, write, and implement company policies in alignment with Clancy Construction’s goals and legal standards.
- Ensure all policies are communicated clearly to employees and consistently enforced.
Employee Relations:
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to address concerns and promote satisfaction.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts.
Compliance with Employment Laws:
- Stay updated on federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure company compliance.
- Provide guidance to management on legal HR practices and address compliance risks.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
- Oversee employee onboarding to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and monitor performance evaluation systems to support employee growth and productivity.
- Partner with management to identify training and development opportunities.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Coordinate payroll processes in collaboration with the finance department.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Workplace Culture and Employee Engagement:
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Organize company events and initiatives to enhance team morale and collaboration.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an HR role, especially within a mid-sized organization, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time Architectural Designer to work in person and assist in creating innovative and functional designs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revit and experience working on various design stages from conceptual design through to construction documents. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to produce accurate and efficient designs that meet our clients' needs and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and construction documents using Revit
- Assist with design development and construction detailing

CDL Driver (Class A & Class B)
Clancy Construction Inc. mechanical division is seeking experienced CDL Drivers to operate both Class A and Class B vehicles. We are adding new trucks to our fleet and looking for reliable, skilled drivers to handle heavy equipment and material transportation. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay based on experience, with openings for both Class A and Class B CDL holders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class B and Class A commercial vehicles for transporting construction materials, equipment, and machinery to and from job sites.
- Drive and maintain various trucks in the fleet, including the new trucks added to the mechanical division.
- Load, secure, and unload cargo as needed, ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with fleet manager, project managers, and site supervisors to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, paperwork, and inspection reports.
Qualifications for Class B CDL:
- Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience driving Class B commercial vehicles, preferably in a construction environment.
- Ability to safely operate trucks and equipment, including dump trucks, flatbeds, and other Class B vehicles.
- Knowledge of load securing, lifting equipment, and basic vehicle maintenance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Qualifications for Class A CDL:
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating Class A commercial vehicles, especially those transporting heavy machinery and materials.
- Ability to safely operate larger trucks, such as tractor-trailers, lowboys, or equipment haulers.
- Experience with oversized loads and adhering to safety regulations.
- Strong understanding of load securing, long-haul driving, and basic truck maintenance.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in construction transportation, particularly in moving mechanical equipment and materials.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of loading and unloading construction materials and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address potential issues with vehicle maintenance or delivery schedules.

Requirements:
- Able to utilize all necessary equipment and tools to build, assemble, and install cabinets according to specifications
- Read and interpret shop drawings to build cabinetry according to plan
- Communicate with the team
- Work safely and efficiently while maintaining a keen eye for quality and accuracy
- Previous experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role

Cabinet Finisher
We are proud to announce the opening of our new 10,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art custom cabinetry and millwork shop in Mashpee. We are looking to add new members to our team!
The Cabinet Finisher will work directly with the Clancy Cabinetry team on all aspects of finishing the cabinetry.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in cabinetry or furniture finishing and woodworking and a desire to learn and be a part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Prep, sand, prime, and finish cabinetry, furniture, doors, and millwork.
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and clean workstation.
- Utilize various finishing techniques and machinery for paint and stain.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience with catalyzed oil-based paints, catalyzed water-based coatings, clear conversion varnishes, and pre-and post-catalyzed finishes.
- Will train the right person with related experience.

Kitchen Designer
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their kitchen design needs and preferences
- Create detailed kitchen designs using 2020 or REVIT software
- Collaborate with clients to select materials and finishes for their kitchen and bathrooms
- Provide accurate measurements and specifications for the kitchen layout
- Communicate effectively with clients, cabinet shop, project managers, and suppliers throughout the design process
- Ensure that all design elements meet building codes and regulations
- Work closely with the design team to help develop complete sets of cabinetry drawings from schematics to shop drawings for our in-house custom cabinetry shop
- Coordinate with the construction team to ensure a smooth installation process
Requirements:
- Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom design principles and trends
- Proficiency in 2020 or REVIT software for creating detailed designs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Experience in lighting design is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any design challenges that may arise

Carpenter
Responsibilities:
- Precision measure, cut, shape, fit, and assemble wood and/or composite, with shop tools and equipment such as saws, planers, jointers, shapers, routers, sanders, and various power tools.
- Installing trim, running trim, built-ins, mantles, kitchens, etc.
- Interpret plans/shop drawings and implement them properly
- Collaborate & and communicate with other carpenters and supervisors
Requirements:
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills required
- Previous blueprint reading skills are considered an asset
- Familiar with and able to use common hand and power tools
- Be passionate about carpentry and building with integrity
- Self-motivated, organized, and a team player with an exceptional work ethic
- Critical thinker and ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly

Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Work with the owner, architects, code enforcement officials, and others pertinent to the project.
- Work with the homeowner to explain each stage, provide updates, obtain approvals, and complete change orders for scope of work revisions.
- Develop strong working relationships with all subcontractors/vendors.
- Work with vendors/suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery dates.
- Manage the overall team providing clear communication of project objectives and guidance to resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Proposals and estimations through site visits.
- Create, Maintain, and monitor project budgets.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be Enthusiastic about residential design and construction
- Quick, precise communication skills are a must
- Solution-oriented, good organization and time management skills
